I've been Head of Design for an Architectural Design and Build company for the past 4 years. I have explored many different engineering companies and now have Deery Consultants provide all of our Structural and Civil Engineering. It can be hard to find mindful engineers, easy to work with, timely output, detailed documentation, professional to clients and a reasonable price. I also want to give you guys a pat on the back.  Working with a few engineer's designs, I can honestly say that you are amongst the best I have seen and worked with.  It is clear that you have thought through the design and you give clear connection directions - much better than most if not all.  And, you are easy to work with when I have questions or suggestions - again not something I experience with everyone.
